Science has shown that when children learn to play music, their brains begin to hear and process sounds that they couldn’t otherwise hear.
This helps them develop “neurophysiological distinction” between certain sounds that can aid in literacy, which can translate into improved academic results for kids.
Besides one on one private lessons, our group classes get students more motivated and involved with their peers in the classroom.
In addition to the formal recital for students every spring, our "Family Night Jams" are hosted on every Katy ISD's "no homework" night, less intimidating and more fun.
